We discuss your project and discuss whether our product is suitable.
If our product is suitable we will then look at design. This step will vary depending on whether you already have design in place.
If plans are already produced then we can work with your team and offer our inclusions and finishing recommendations based on your design goals.
If no plans are produced then we can work with you to design your project.
Once the design process is complete we can then offer our fixed price costing to you which includes all fees for the process. Once accepted our legal team will draw up the agreements and sign the contracts.
Our team can offer financing methods to take you from ground works to completion. We understand that financing has become near impossible these days for large medium-density projects and we have been able to develop various methods to eliminate that problem for you and offer a full turnkey solution.
Once planning permits are approved our building manager will coordinate with your team and put in place a timeline of expected works to be carried out.
