Our team is diverse in experience and come together to cover all aspects of the development and property industry. Our managing partners come from distinct backgrounds and offer the following areas of expertise:

  • Over 40 years experience in the commercial and domestic building industry.
  • Over 25 years experience in advising property developers on the customer demand in property designs and market area demands.
  • Over 25 years experience in liaising with draftsmen, engineers, architects, local authorities, tradesmen and suppliers to create and manage a successful team.
  • Over 20 years combined experience in the finance industry and real estate industry.
  • Experience in marketing developers’ projects to retail consumers and referral networks.

PROCESS

Our process is simple and designed to minimise delays, offer transparency and be seamless.

INITIAL MEETING

We discuss your project and discuss whether our product is suitable.

DESIGN PROCESS

If our product is suitable we will then look at design. This step will vary depending on whether you already have design in place.

If plans are already produced then we can work with your team and offer our inclusions and finishing recommendations based on your design goals.

If no plans are produced then we can work with you to design your project.

COSTING

Once the design process is complete we can then offer our fixed price costing to you which includes all fees for the process. Once accepted our legal team will draw up the agreements and sign the contracts.

FINANCE

Our team can offer financing methods to take you from ground works to completion. We understand that financing has become near impossible these days for large medium-density projects and we have been able to develop various methods to eliminate that problem for you and offer a full turnkey solution.

COMMENCEMENT

Once planning permits are approved our building manager will coordinate with your team and put in place a timeline of expected works to be carried out.
